  4. When the lease agreement is executed, reimburse the property manager for credit check expenses, not to exceed Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00).
  5. If applicant prefers to pay monthly rent amount in cash, the first monthly payment will be required in the form of a personal check. All payments thereafter may be made in cash.
